It is with great sadness that the Board announces the death of Michael Zampelas, the Senior Independent Non-executive Director of the Board and a former Chairman.
Michael served our Company as a valued and respected board member for over a decade since Globaltrans first listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2008. His contributions to the development and success of the business were significant, not least during the five years to 2018 when he lead the Board as its Chairman. It has been an honour for us to have worked so closely with him for so many years. On behalf of the whole Company, we offer our deepest condolences to his family at this difficult time.
