Notification of Full Year 2009 Results

Globaltrans Investment PLC (“Globaltrans” or together with its consolidated subsidiaries the “Group”), (LSE ticker: GLTR) will announce its financial and operational results for the year ended 31 December 2009 on Monday, 12 April 2010.

Conference call
Release of financial and operational results will be accompanied by an analyst and investor conference call hosted by Sergey Maltsev, Chief Executive Officer and Alexander Shenets, Chief Financial Officer.
