Moody's upgrades Globaltrans' CFR to Ba2; stable outlook

Globaltrans Investment PLC (“the Company” or together with its consolidated subsidiaries “Globaltrans” or “the Group”) (LSE ticker: GLTR) announces that Moody’s Investors Service has today upgraded to Ba2 from Ba3 the corporate family rating (CFR) and to Ba2-PD from Ba3-PD the probability of default rating (PDR). The outlook on all the ratings is stable.
